LUZEPH got established in 2013 to identify and coordinate investment opportunities for private and institutional investors, manage the development of the projects and execute an exit strategy maximizing its value for all stakeholders.
LUZEPH focuses on high-yielding, risk-adjusted, development, and investment opportunities involving land and residential projects located in the South Florida region. LUZEPH INVESTMENTS GROUP was formed by EPHRAIM Murillo Jr on the beautiful morning of April 7, 2013, after following a much-needed personal retreat. It was the perfect moment - the local South Florida real estate industry needed both a LEGENDARY personal comeback and a new business concept after the difficult 2009 real estate collapse.
EPHRAIM M, created LUZEPH for the sole purpose of advising local investors in how to increase profits and minimize costs with their real estate portfolio and other investments, as well as give wealthy/affluent foreign nationals the opportunity to pursue the American Dream by obtaining an investor’s visa involving local businesses and projects.

At age 20, Ephraim Murillo Jr. became a successful national Real Estate Investor by flipping properties in South Florida, DFW TX, New Jersey and NYC, increase profits, build relations and create limitless possibilities as one of the leaders at DR Real Estate & Assoc Inc. a Miami based Real Estate Investment Company.
He was also one the co/owners at Pacific Trust Mortgage, a Miami based mortgage lender providing private notes nationwide from 2000 to 2008.

At just 16 years old, he began his sales career with Wessco Companies, an international freight forwarder and customs broker. Two years later he became their VP of Sales after increasing their profits by over $1 million dollars. During this time, he concurrently obtained both an International Business and a Business Administration Degree from Miami Dade College.
EPHRAIM Murillo Jr is a proven leader with over 25 years of combined experience in local, national, and international business management; customer retention and growth; new business development; sales management; and account and portfolio management. After the 2009 real estate crisis, and after losing over $20 million of his net worth, he used his last $5k to co-found Green Clean & Restoration & Saniglaze Of Miami with his longtime friend and best business partner Sergio Barrero.
